Description
Spicy & Sweet Vermicelli Preparations :
- Soak the Akash roasted small grain vermicelli with required amount of water for 1 minute drain the water and steam it for 5 minutes.
- Pour 4 tbsp of oil in a pan and add urad dal, season with mustard, onion, tomato, green chillies and a little salt, add small grain vermicelli and serve hot.
- Stir in the required quantity of grated coconut, sugar and cardamom with boiled small grain vermicelli and serve hot.
